Yes it does! *SRSAVE is part of SRAM 1.04 or SRAM 1.05 which
admittedly is a separate section of the 1770 DFS ROM but it's there!

You can't use SRSAVE to copy any banks which are not RAM though.

In MOS 4.xx and 5.xx (ET and Compact) the SRAM commands are moved
into the MOS as these machines do not have DFS.

This is also the case with MOS 3.50 which is bundled with DFS 2.45 which
does not have the SRAM commands in the DFS.

Best wishes,

Ian

The 1770 DFS ROM included in the BBC Master does indeed have a set of
*SR commands. However, this does *not* include *SRSAVE * (oddly - I
think a deliberate action by Acorn to make it harder to extract the ROMs
for flogging purposes).

SRUtils is a separate incaracnate of the *SR utiltities, which *does*
include *SRSAVE.

* I think the MOS in the Master Compact does include *SRSAVE, but I'm
not sure.
