The determining factor is not the board, though, it's whether it's the
first version of the Video Processor, as I described in my email on
Saturday, along with the details of the modification.  The ULAs and the
later VTi video processors don't need the wire.

Ferranti ULA 5C094E    needs heatsink, uses S26, no wired modification
VTi processor VC2023   no heatsink, doesn't use S26, needs wired mod
VTi processor VC2069   no heatsink, uses S26, no wired modification
