I've modified the Opus 2791 board to run at 1 or 2 MHz selectable, and
read the contents of an HD DOS disc on a Model B using the NMI routine
posted earlier.  The data comes out inverted, but using a different
controller would fix this.  Hope this inspires anyone considering
putting an HD disc interface together :)
