Super, just the job!

It's even got built-in error handling with a Retry or Skip option when 
something goes wrong and a * prompt to allow you to fix things
before continuing!

A refreshing change from the usual "Oops - an error has happened so
I'll stop and let you sort it out and make you start again from the
beginning when you've fixed it" scenario!

It did 5289K of copying in about 40 minutes from one MDFS to another.

I think "multicopy" (in the SJ Research utility library) can do this.
