Multicopy will copy between fileservers, preserving MDFS metadata
(creation date, modification date, account numbers, etc).

TreeCopy will copy between different file systems, preserving
HADFS and MDFS metadata if possible. If the destination filing
system supports smaller directories than the source filing system
you will get "Dir full" errors that you will have to (S)kip past.

BBCZip will copy from any filing system into a ZIP archive,
preserving HADFS and MDFS metadata. BBCUnZip will restore the ZIP
archive, and will write HADFS and MDFS metadata if possible.

I have a tweeked version of multicopy on my system that displays
the transfer progress and speed, see
