We got ours from Tabletop Studio Ltd at http://www.ezcube.co.uk/ - or
failing that, go to http://www.focus-on-imaging.co.uk (and come say
hi at the same time) where they're sold by various vendors.
And now, we're drifting so off topic I'll have another game of
