I don't think it's for the Denford system either:

I've got a copy of 'Easimill' and the manual etc.That hasn't got a ROM.  The
dongle was missing, but for authenticities sake I reverse engineered it:
it's some resistors in an analogue port plug, the dongle check simply looks
for appropriate voltages. Of course you could become a serious black hat and
edit the Basic...;) I'm hpoing the guys who had the system will let me have
now they've stopped using it. Might make a good pcb prototyper.

Sadly Paramax is a widespread name, my attempts at googling ran into sand!
Have grabbed the ROM contents and looked at the copyright messages?

I do a lot of repairs for industrial machinery, so I can make enquiries,
given more data.
