A Terminal Server is *not* a proxy server.  A proxy server forwards and
caches HTTP requests (amongst other things).  A Terminal Server (ignoring
the microsoft definition) allows RS232 devices to access TCP/IP resources
and vice versa.  Econet is not involved.
