Heh. Well, yeah, "small pile". I think you normally got about 16k or
so, though (iirc) those monstrous 3c505 cards had much more than that.

Right, yeah, that was pretty much what I was planning too.
I still haven't quite finished the firmware, but I keep thinking I
should get around to it "any day now". I did spend a few hours a couple
of weekends ago assembling four more sets of hardware, with the
intention of sending one to Mark Usher (though I haven't yet actually
done that). If you'd like one too then I'm sure that could be arranged.
