Wel, yes, it *is* the current language.

implement the VDU and keyboard drivers? All it's doing it letting
the user enter * commands, which is a lot better that issuing an
error and then hanging.
 
Standard code for a language that can't find the resources it
depends on. Loop with a * prompt.
