A bit related, I gave up on using the TTL mode on my 1084 monitor.
Instead I went for analog RGB mode and installed the resistors.
Just like SCART, this monitor appears to use 0.7 - 1 Vpp inputs
with 75 ohm impedance. It is said 330 ohm or higher is enough to
reduce the voltages from TTL level. In the end, I managed to
scavenge some 470 ohm resistors which I installed to success.

No idea what voltages the mentioned monitor expects, but if it has
specs like the other two, similar resistor values should work?
