I've got a cartridge system for the Electron made by Pace called CommStar. It 
uses a SCN2681 DUART and also contains a ROM with Terminal software and * 
commands to control things. It is accessed via OSBYTE 146 to read and 147 to 
write. The offset within page &FC is &60 to &6F.

Let me know if you want more details. The manual describes what each address 
between &FC60 and &FC6F does.
