Cool. I am the somewhat lazy maintainer of the Contiki VIC-20 port, and
did some work earlier this year to update it to the most recent version
of Contiki. Thanks to the VIC and C64 are so alike eachother, I can get
a free ride on Adam's work and concentrate on the CTK graphics interface.
I have also compiled a demo version of the old Contiki release for the
Oric Atmos, but it doesn't have any standard disk interface - only a
couple of 3rd party ones heavily targetted on Basic usage, so it is
very limited.

excited by Contiki, but after using it for 10 minutes, the novelty quickly
wears off if the port doesn't have all the software and network capacity.
I am sure the BBC has lots of expansion possibilities - equal or better
than Apple ][ systems even - so disk I/O, enough RAM, Ethernet and other
issues would not be in the way to make it a very good port. In particular
since it has a 80 column mode too.
Also great if cc65 gets one more platform with good support, as it will
only strengthen the compiler's influence on the 6502 systems.
