Well it can't bloody well have them!

Thats something reserved for the universal second processor box next to
Model B #1. :-)

Station 002 (gonna be for the girls to learn to code on.)and Station 007
(my lab machine) are both *ecstatic* now with 1770's and Econet running
sweet.

#2 is running some disk excercises right now, then the Viglen Master
System (err. "spare" bedroom ;-) is getting spanked into shape. (though
whether its ever worth doing the way the Master 128's have been behaving
of late i don't know...) its destined for the server cupboard as a
general terminal for everything, and backup box for the FDFS.

Then its number 1's turn.. Its had all the best bits cannibalised from
the others and reserved for it. #1 has to have the best. ;->

BTW what you (all of you) think about the idea of sticking a dongle with
some fast buffers on the Tube, for the purpose connecting half a dozen
or so (dissimilar) cheesewedge 2nd processors on it, powered one at a
time enforced from a selection switch? The 2nd processor boxes captive
cables each joined with IDC sockets onto a single longish (1.5M or so)
IDC cable, i.e. simultaneously connected, but only one powered.
(possibly with some passive termination at the end...)

Cheers!

M.
