The cost of tooling up for a new run of connectors, and the metal case would
be horrendous. The guts would just consist of a randomly selected 12V and 5V
PSU module, and maybe a small inverter for the -5V.

Much simpler to repair the existing unit (schematic available and drop in
replacement parts for all except the transformer I suspect) or cannibalise
another beeb from ebay,
