1. Create a text file somewhere on your HDD. Put your desired signature in it.
2. Open Thunderbird.
3. Tools -> Account Settings. Select your POP3 account (the actual account 
header, not one of the subheadings).
4. Enable "Attach this signature", then point Thunderbird at the file you 
created in step 1.
5. OK your way out.
6. Create a new message and enjoy your new sig.

Actually, I think I might put the bunny in my sig. Seems all those computer 
specs in there ATM are pretty pointless...
