A DSHD drive *IS* a DSDD drive. The drive sends data at the speed
the floppy disk hardware *in* *the* *computer* asks for it. The
controller sends data to the drive at FM DD data rate when
formatting and writing. The drive has no choice but to send that
data back when the controller clocks it at FM DD rates when
reading.
