I happen to have a Master PSU with no screws in the junk pile here (at least 
I'm almost certain it's from a Master, without opening one up to check :-)

There is indeed a fuse on the input, plus another one 'further in', presumably 
on the +5V output.

We've had a couple of power failures here this afternoon, but luckily nothing 
seems to have been toasted.
