Try http://www.computer-cables.com/, part number A0015.  They're
audio/MIDI cables, but a phone call will tell you whether they have all
five pins wired or not.  They look nice too, as the ends are moulded -
this may or may not matter to you.  Also available in 5 metre lengths.
