Yes, still holding my main Econet together with T-pieces and station leads and
very unreliable it is too!
Moulded 5-pin DIN audio leads are the best, I have bought these from Maplin
in the past.
The "official" Acorn ones (I think) are grey ones, which are not moulded and
are very poor quality if you look at the soldering. That's probably why
my Econet is so unreliable, I need to get the FLAT box out and test them
and cob out the dodgy ones!
Best wishes,
Ian

Subject: [BBC-Micro] Econet cables
Hi chaps --
The usuals (CJE and beebmaster) are advertising themselves "out" of
Econet station dropleads - before I start soldering them up myself,
anyone know where I can obtain some?
(I've tried MIDI leads as suggested by a list member - no, they don't
work, because not all five pins are wired up :().
Cheers
jx
