It's not a convenient solution, but you'll have to get the length of
each file in bytes, convert it to hex and insert it before the CRC= or
the Locked in the matching .INF file. e.g. WKEYBD.inf might read:
W.KEYBD FFFF1900 FFFF801F 24B1 Locked CRC=9F2B
Without it, XFER is interpreting the C of CRC= as a hex digit... see?
