This is what I use, it works like a charm. It has composite in, too. Flip
that jumper in your beeb to enable composite chroma and you're away. The
card's pretty useless for anything more taxing than that, however ;)

(I havent bothered looking for anything more modern that might do this and
could possibly offer more bang; This might be something you do before
taking up my recommendation!)

There's a great free Windows tool called DScaler that can do all sorts of
realtime (dependent on cpu/gfx card/weather) deinterlacing and scanline
effects -

- which works with a number of chipsets but by far the best supported
IMHO are the ones used by the hauppage range of cards.
