Only if it's coming from the server. I have *never* had any spam
from the mailing list and the raw data that the archives are
generated from have no spam in them.
You are likely to be receiving spam *claiming* to be coming from
the mailing list, which can only be stopped by going to the source
with a large lead pipe.
