Yup - that's the same as mine (except the name). Pasted DIP switch settings
are:
 DATA1,"2732-", "00001001"
 DATA1,"2732A", "00011001"
 DATA1,"2764-", "10000010"
 DATA1,"2764A", "10010010"
 DATA1,"62128E","10110100"
 DATA1,"27128-","10000010"
 DATA1,"27128A","10010010"
 DATA2,"62256E","10010100"
 DATA2,"62256E","10110100"
 DATA2,"27256A","10010100"
 DATA2,"27256A","10110100"
 DATA4,"27512-","00001001"
 DATA4,"27512-","00101001"
 DATA4,"27512-","01001001"
 DATA4,"27512-","01101001"
 DATA4,"27512A","00011001"
 DATA4,"27512A","00111001"
 DATA4,"27512A","01011001"
 DATA4,"27512A","01111001"

The 1st column tells you how many 16k blocks the PROM has to be split into,
the second is the device name, the third is the switch setting for that
block (reading left to right for the 8 DIP switches).

The 62xxxE are EPROM emulators, same as described on my webpage in the
"Build it yourself" section,
Sprow.
