Blimey - that's a bit good :)
Will give it a try when I've got a bit of free time (I need to rebuild the 
desktop box anyway, so I'll compile fuse support in when I do so...)

On a sort-of related note, one of the things I'm playing around with at the 
moment is a Java-based app to browse / manipulate the filesystem within a disk 
image. I think I can come up with a cross-platform GUI-based app where the 
user can just load the disk image and filesystem drivers that they need - 
there's a huge amount of common functionality between the various formats and 
at the the filesystem level, so I think it can be done.
