Subject: BBC compatible dot matrix printer with 2 ribbons

I have been watching this thread with some interest, as the same issues
over what printers can be used with a Beeb apply equally to users of
Sinclairs and industrial machines - none of which send their output via
Windows and normally need a centronics printer.

I have a few HP Deskjet printers and Epson 850 printers which are
compatible if anyone is looking for something better than a dot matrix
printer.
