I recommend the following account structure:
000 - Read only system stuff
03F - %PrintQ and Printer spooling programs
040+ - Software categories
080+ - Shared projects
0FF - Owned by all users
100+ - Users' personal accounts
User SYST owns all accounts
All users own shared account 0FF and also their own account at 100+
Users BOOT, GUEST have no personal account, only shared account 0FF
%PrintQ is set to 03F (000)
$ is set to 000 (001)
$.incoming is set to 0FF (0FF)
