Subject: Insurance costs

Re: [BBC-Micro] Insurance costsThe fella has been round from the insurance
place and knows the score he said just to put down what I'd paid for them
or what I thought they would cost to replace.

I've acquired most of these by swapsies or as part of a larger lot mainly

Careful with the word "collection" to an insurance company, unless it was
insured as a collection.

Normal household contents, may not cover a collection!

I've been there, when my house was burgled, 20 years ago!

When a collection was stolen! Not BBCs, but a collection!

For the scope you could just look at the CPC catalogue and see what a
new one costs.

BBC Kit is a bit more tricky, perhaps ask the insurance company what
they normally do with things that are essentially part of a collection and
there is no modern replacement available.
