Re: [BBC-Micro] Insurance costsThe fella has been round from the insurance
place and knows the score he said just to put down what I'd paid for them or
what I thought they would cost to replace.

I've acquired most of these by swapsies or as part of a larger lot mainly

Dom

Ah, but how much would it cost to replace what you swapped it for?
Even if you got stuff for free/out of a skip etc, you still need to know the
replacement value and Ebay is the best place to go.
Print off the page and for those "rarer" items, I'm sure there are a few on
the list that could send you an invoice showing current costs? Don't
underestimate their value jus because you got them for next to
nothing.(There was a clock on the Antiques Roadshow the other day - rescued
from a skip and worth a few thousand for insurance purposes).
I would think that for items under around ?50, they won't actually need
bills or proof of purchase (most Insurance companies have some sort of an
item ceiling) and will take your word for it.
I hope you can get them replaced.
