I'd take the lid off (two screw at the back and a lot of poking around with 
nasty plastic tabs that all get snapped off at the front underside).

Then check to see if there are any upgrade daughter boards, these are quite 
often shaken loose in transit, give them all a good wiggle/shove/reseat

The RAM upgrade in mine can be a real pain the bum after its been moved.
