Sorry to you all, I made a kind of mistake.

When using !SparkFS I forget to choose the 'zip' selection, and left
it with 'spark'.
On RISC OS no problem, but apparently win... can't handle that?

The correction has the same name:

  <http://www.waarland.demon.nl/EpromWE.zip>

The remark of Peter Coghlan that there was no 'PK' at the start of
the file woke me up. Sorry faulks.

Thanks Peter.
