Yes.
I have about 10 Ferranti spares in stock, after that if demand was there I
could put the FPGA based Tube ULA from the ARM coprocessor onto a little
carrier board (it'd need some 5V buffering as it only runs at 3.3V) and make
thousands of them.
I could even make the FIFOs bigger, or link selectable depth,
