Those are correct. I've got one that I got from my job lot from Wales.
It didn't work and would emit smoke from the PSU after a few minutes
of being powered on. I traced it to a few shorted decoupling caps that
had pulled the 12V line right down to about 1V, the smoke was part of
the PSU overheating. I fixed that, all the voltages are there now, but
it still doesn't seem to pick up a signal when using the on-screen
tuning thing. There are test points and I have access to an old
'scope, but I don't know what I'm looking for (I've reached the limit
of my knowledge)...

I'd think so, it's a fairly hefty looking PSU with a big toroidal
transformer in the middle.
