I'm guessing that the 40-pin socket is for a Z80 SIO, the 28-pin socket
is for a ROM, and the 14-pin socket on the east side is for a 75159.
Not sure about the other empty 14-pin socket though.

You're welcome to have the board for your collection if you want.  I
don't have any 380Z hardware myself so I can't imagine it ever being any
use to me :-}
