Interesting. RML were big on using PALs for things; hopefully PSJ weren't (and 
that isn't what the other empty socket once had!).

That'd be great. I don't suppose there's any chance you have the ROM in your 
junk box do you? (or a backup copy of the contents somewhere)? It's possible 
the software for this might show up one day even if the hardware doesn't... 
(of course if I do locate someone else with a board then it's not a problem :-)

I think my holy grail of networking would be to have the RML, Torch and Acorn 
stuff all talking to each other, and then reaching the outside world via an 
Ethernet/Econet bridge - ideally on original hardware if possible...
