Is it Intel Hex format? Sorta looks like this:
:01880100A6D0
:01891500EE73
:0193D200A6F4
:0000000000

At http://mdfs.net/Software/FileTools is HexPatch and HexDiff
which manipulate Intel Hex files.

*HexDiff infile outfile converts binary 'infile' to Intel Hexfile
'outfile'.

*HexPatch infile outfile converts Intel Hexfile 'infile' to binary
'outfile'.
