Subject: Superform output

For the archives... Superform 1.04 seems to be rather buggy and unreliable! I
found a copy of 1.10 lurking on another hard disk, and that's just formatted
the two Tandon drives fine.

It seemed to take a little longer at the verification step, so I wonder if the
TM262's are particularly slow in some manner and Superform was trying to drive
the verification stage too quickly for them.

This later version has better error handling too - just giving a location and
error code if it finds any defects, rather than a whole stream of numerical
data as 1.04 did.

V1.10 still seems to have issues with drives which had been low-level
formatted but not had a high-level ADFS filesystem put on them; it'd bomb out
with a 'bad FS map' error when trying to access the defects file. Commenting
out line 330 ('*FADFS') seems to have done the trick and got around that problem.

cheers

Jules
