No.. They will only work in a Model A/B.

Different boards were produced for the Master series, though the 8
"hardwired" ROM banks, four sideway RAM banks, and four banks used by
the two cartridge slots, meant that they didn't gain popularity, and are
thus fairly scarce.

The best "Sideways ROM board" for the Master is probably a 2 socket
cartridge.
