I suspect you meant !Edit, since BASIC certainly still supports GOTOs.
You want 
 menu click on iconbar icon > BASIC options > Strip line numbers
turned off, otherwise if you open a program with GOTOs in it you'll get a
warning that line numbers were detected when trying to open it,
