Thanks, fetched it. I'll have a look at it.
 
First thing I'll do is remove the pain-in-the-arse loss of context
on Ctrl-Break. The first thing that PISSED!!!!! me off about ADFS,
was pressing Ctrl-Break and being dumped in $, and having to
navigate back to wherever I'd been working.
