It might be worth making this feature, and one that I find useful (making 
Shift-Break load !BOOT from the CWD, rather than $) options in the patch, as 
things like this are obviously things that different people have different 
opinions / requirements from.

Would the binary of the ADFS 1.33 that I have (i.e. the modified standard 
ADFS 1.30) be of use in investigating what's happening with the 1.31E00 
patch, or in generating a straight ADFS 1.30->1.33 patch file?
