Subject: IDE patches for BBC B/B+ ADFSes

I've now managed to fix the patch for the ADFS131E00 image, and have
uploaded the fixed one to

http://www.firths.org/bbc/patch132mf.txt

The problem with it was that the workspace locations aren't at the same
offsets in the ADFS131E00 image as in the standard ADFS 1.30 or 1.50, so the
patch wasn't accessing the correct places.

I think there was also a major bug in the Tube support, in that it was
jumping to a BRK instruction, rather than the JSR &0406, which I also think
I've fixed, but as I don't have a 2nd Processor available, I can't test
either the before or after.

Now if only BeebEm supported IDE hard drives, it would have made this fix
easier to find and test, and let me test the Tube support.

Hope this is useful to people

Michael
