Never found any - I used to keep a couple of keyboards from failed systems 
handy and just pull switches from then as/when needed - I'm sure someone on 
the list has such a scrap keyboard they could grab a few switches from for you...

Oh look, there goes a flying pig...

(seriously, it's the only list I've come across in years that does it, it 
pisses no end of people off, but pleas to have it changed seem useless)
