Subject: Entering a listing (or other text) into BeebEm

Suppose I have a listing or other text on my Windows computer (from a
Website or somewhere else)...

...what's the easiest (or any) way to 'paste' or load it into BeebEm.

I was wondering:

1) Any way to CTRL-V it into the BeebEm window

2) Perhaps use an app to send a sequence of key-presses to the active
BeebEm window

3) Somehow use the serial port emulation?

4) Or do I somehow have to turn the .txt file into a disc image?

Any suggestions gratefully received :-)
