There's probably an easier way, but I've just thought of:

1) Put the text file (with the correct line-endings) into a disk image
that your emulator can read - possibly using one of the disk-image
manipulation tools which have been discussed on this list.

2) *EXEC it into BASIC

3) SAVE it

I can't remember which line endings the BBC needs, I'm sure someone on
here will be able to say...
