(I found some marking like "ISS.1", I'm guessing this means Issue 1
board?

Mine says "Iss.2" on the component side of the board between the Tube
and 1MHz Bus connectors. That's certainly the issue number.

> c) *IF* I have an issue 2 board, where is LK11? I did a manual
search across the board, but I couldn't find it (probably looking
straight over it knowing my luck!!)

The Master I'm looking at right now has LK11 located south-west of the
RGB socket, immediately south of C28 and surrounded on the south and
west sides by resistors, immediately west of the empty "SIL3". It
doesn't actually have a pin header fitted, so it would either need
that doing or just a piece of wire soldering across it.

IME this link is very noise sensitive. The more compact you can make
any alterations, the cleaner the signal will be.
