Subject: Some dumb questions

1. What's the best way of copying the entire contents of a DFS floppy  
to an arbitrary folder on an ADFS hard disk? (On a BBC Master.)

2. Is the BBC Master User Guide (called the Welcome Guide?) available  
online somewhere?

3. Is there a way of batch converting a pile of .dsd images into twice  
as many .ssd images, without having to do them one at a time?
