What were they accessing?  The same thing over and over, or
everything?  i.e. were they watching one file, or trying to mirror the
entire site?  If it carries on, it might be worth blocking that IP
address, if you can..  I think NTL addresses are semi-static.  Either
way, you know it's somebody in Nottingham..

This is one of the big problems with ISPs etc giving you an allocation
of bandwidth - it's completely outside your control as to how much
gets used!  This is especially a problem with the ISPs that actually
charge you for going over bandwidth: It's very easy for somebody to
cost the website ower a lot of money!   Also worth looking up
"slashdot effect" ..
