Hi All

I've got a big problem with smearing on my Maplin supplied Kworld TVBox
1440ex.

When using it in Mode7 for example, all the colours etc are ok, little
washed out, but big blocks of white smear terribly. This is a game screen -
football manager.

I don't think this is a tuning issue, as it seems fine on screens that do
not have these big areas of white. Other colours do not smear.

Is it no good do you think?

Could something be worked up between the AV&S input and a scart for a better
picture or is that throwing good money and time after bad?

Can anyone recommend a converter box that works well? I might spend a
reasonable sum for something similar, although I think I'd be looking for
digital TV not analogue this time.
