Very - I think they essentially did everything they needed to do, but just
couldn't resolve copyright issues, which meant they couldn't get funding and
make it freely available to the masses.
I've heard from one of the Camelion people yesterday that work is still being
done on the emulator, albeit informally, so I think that if the copyright
issues could be worked out then it'd take very little to get it up and running
again.

I did a lot of work in getting the National Museum of Computing's system up
and running a few years ago - as of when I left the UK at the end of 2007 it
was still operational and used for various exhibits. That might be your best
bet, as I'm not aware of one further south on public display.
